Koranee Peppe  |  Grant Consultant, Capacity Partners

Koranee joined our team as a grants consultant in August 2022. She has twenty-five years of experience across local, state, and national levels in the nonprofit sector, and with a focus on community relations, government affairs, financial, organizational and grant management, strategic consultation, and program design. She most recently worked as grants manager for the Jewish Council for the Aging where she composed public and private grants, and managed reporting and prospect research. A native Atlantan, Koranee has both her B.A. and M.A. from Emory University. Outside of work, Koranee sits on the Board of Directors for the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Rockville, Maryland and serves as the co-chair for its Security Task Force offering expertise in grants and government affairs. In her free time, she continues her lifelong love of learning, and reading voraciously about history and religion. She also enjoys listening to podcasts, hiking outdoors, anything science fiction, cooking Sephardic dishes, and spending time with her husband, two teenagers, and cuddly Havanese puppy.
